Featured in last month’s Recipe of the Month, Easy Colorful Mediterranean Salmon with Couscous, taramosalata is a Greek seafood spread with an incredibly rich depth of flavor. It’s made from cured or smoked caviar (usually carp or cod eggs) that are then salted and mixed with olive oil and lemon juice. Taramosalata makes for a great vegetable dip, and it is absolutely fantastic on crackers!
